Golly -- what do mean by "body"? Planets, stars, star clusters, galaxies, groups of galaxies?

Do you want the largest structure in the known universe?

It is a "filament" extending across 200 million light-years of space, and is 6.5 billion light-years away. It is more than 300 times massive than our galaxy, and at least 1000 times bigger.

The galaxies are pretty big but what is the scale of the largest body you are looking for?

Without any definition of "heavenly body" there is only one answer to your question...the universe itself. Nothing is bigger than that.
