Yes it would. Its the same as any hair on a body - If its cut or shaved it will eventually grow back

Yes it will grow back.
Waxing will keep it away for longer.
Electrolysis will keep it away for even longer than that (but stings)
If you shave - the hair grows back a bit stronger and starts to get stubble like and itches sometimes.
There are new things like lazer treatment to try and kill of the hair from root.

Visit a beauty salon if you dont feel embaressed and they will help.

Yes, unfortunately, all body hair will grow back no matter how many times or how often you shave it off.

yes as would your pubes if you shaved downstairs but it takes longer for body hair to grow back than it does for head hair remember

Of course. Grows at same kinda speed as a guy's facial hair? I.e, noticeable stubble the next day.... Just to give you an idea....

yes any hair that is cut/shaved always grows back and usually thicker
