My car had a flooding problem and I left it alone for about a week. Then I un-flood the car and it started up fine. When I drive my car the car started to shake and It wouldnt let me go as fast. I had to change to 3nd gear around 10mph for the car to go any faster. When I turned off the car and opened up my hood white smokes came out. I left it alone until the smoke was gone and I started it up again. Again, the car/engine was shaking. So what could be the problem? Thank you in advance.

Blown Apex Seal possibly - she's only running on one rotor. Happened to me twice. Time for a new motor when that happens. Rotary's are not really re-buildable unless you have 4-5 donor motors.

Well it's 20 years old, so who knows really. If in doubt, always have it inspected by a mechanic before purchasing. If it was very well maintained then you should be in good shape, although you should never be surprised if something goes wrong on a car of that age.
