Only if he sent you the same formal invitation that everyone else got. If he just invited you verbally, it's considered bad form and you shouldn't go.....unless you have some wicked bad story about getting drunk and having sex with the bride; then, you should at least attend the reception.
If he hasn't sent the invitation but you think he will, don't worry about it. He has more pressing matters just now.

yes you should accept dont forget to buy a bottle of comfort vapouress and take your tumble dryer as a guest!!!!
oh and dont forget a new hat! i think a light blue will bring out the colour of your eyes and a clutch bag just for a hankerchief i get so emotional at weddings
