Shojo and shonen both share one common meaning according to Viz: "Stories that are real to life."

Nothing weird about boys reading a genre that was "aimed" towards girls. Shojo means manga "aimed" for girls, it does not mean manga for girls only. Same goes for shonen. Heck, I'm a girl and I read more shonen than shojo.

O.o I am a girl, and I personally dislike most of the shojo they write for girls. I am creeped out by what stuff they'll think up for boys, oO *shudders*

I had no clue, but wouldnt it be the same? I mean shoujo for boys, are they gonna change something in it, because even if you have shoujo manga for boys, if its basically the same, wouldnt it be the same thing as reading a shoujo? :S
