How the scope of Americian law enforcement is changing as a result of the Patriot Act.

For the terrorists, it changes everything (they have no rights under our constitution) For the average American citizen nothing has changed.
For law enforcement,...nothing because of the political correctness pushed by the left.

We don't need the Patriot Act. What we need and what we have needed all along is proper law enforcement and proper oversight. If our Presidents had seen fit to do their jobs properly and had our immigration laws been properly enforced, the terrorists would have had a much more difficult time entering the country and they would have had a hard time hiding and plotting and they might not have had support in the USA.

The Patriot Act does nothing to protect US Citizens from terrorist attacks. It simply lets the government invade our privacy and promotes identity theft and further allows illegal immigrant terrorists to hide in the country and do their dirty deeds without fear.

I hold the US Government 100% responsible for the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01 and believe that we, the people, should be enforcing the patriot act against all members of the government and illegal aliens who are the true threats.

the threat of the Patriot Act is the opportunities of it. Wally Y is lifeless superb. The reasoning of this administration is precisely the line of reasoning that Hitler used on the German human beings & it worked. all of us be attentive to how that ended for the German human beings, they grew to grow to be enslaved via the government. Now that The Patriot Act is favourite the subsequent president won't choose to grant that potential up. all and diverse that needs to be president has to have a definite volume of choose for potential. My wager is not any rely if the subsequent president is republican or democrat they'll choose to hold that potential & even could escalate on it. This worry that has been pounded into the heads of the yank human beings is a great weapon for those searching for better potential. bear in concepts Hitler & his consistent worry mongering of the Jewish human beings. That worked wonders for the nazi social gathering. Used for the protection of the rustic is magnificent,yet, the terror of it being better could be in everbody's concepts. it rather is larger than a "liberal" as against "conservative" or "democrat" as against 'republican"!!!!! This consistent bickering & call calling between liberals & conservatives is enjoying into the hands of the ruling form of this united states of america. It keeps the individuals busy with issues that don't advise a dam situation, once you're being stripped of your skill to make an outstanding salary, arise with the money for healthcare to call some.

I don't have a problem with it as long as it is used in the way its supposed to be. The problem is: How can you trust everyone in the government? You know how nosey humans can be! You can't tell me that they aren't at least tempted to spy on people just for the fun of it. Our government is more technical than people think. But as long as they get the bad guys and leave innocent people alone I have no problem with it.

rumors and lies by the democrats? thats all that has emerged from the Patriot Act... since no terrorists have entered the US yet... nothing for it to find...

id rather it not find anyone.. lol.. id actually be scared if the patriot act did work. I'd feel glad it worked, but id also be scared even more because now i know the terrorists are trying to attack us, and now they know how the system works.. so they can find glitches...

why do you leftists find the Patriot Act so scary? is it really that bad for the courts to have the tools to prevent another attack like 9-11?
