They both got caught, although Newsom's girls looked better, though then again some of Bill's mistresses have been killed/beat/threatened into silence so we don't know what they look like. So who is the better philanderer?

Bill is a pro. Gavin is an amateur. He is probably taking lessons from the master.
Bill has no equal as a philanderer.

Better cheater? Do you mean worse cheater? Well clinton purged under oath, which was what got him impeached. So thats much worse than admitting immediately that you did it, fessing up and moving on. So Clinton is much better/worse(depending on your take) at cheating. Both are in the publlic eye and are completely ignorant to believe they can do anything without being caught, so technically they are both terrible at cheating. A good cheater.......would never get caught.

Republican Rudy Giuliani, I think. He had an affair while he was governor of New York and his girlfriend "visited" him in the Governor's mansion while his wife and children lived there. And a judge ordered him not to bring the girfriend into the house his wife and children lived in...that takes some real guts to defend that behavior in court! Republican Newt Gingriich is a close second-while he was defending family values, it turned out he was also having an affair while living with his wife. He stepped down, and was very careful not to throw any anti-Bill Clinton remarks around. He kinda learned his lesson about throwing stones...you might want to watch that.

Who cares? I don't care where they stick their *@^%$. As long as they do a good job with policy. Rudy was the mayor of New York city. He did a great job and cheated on his wife as well. It shouldn't matter.

Clinton is a serial cheater, the documented cases go back decades and number in the dozens.
Newson probably didn't have an affair but staged it. He had been ducking rumors of homosexuality, but couldn't denounce it too vehemently for risk of losing his constituency. This heterosexual affair exposé couldn't have come at a more fortuitous time.
