i eat well, but rarely gain weight. The size zero trend doesn't help though!

You are not fat. If anything you are underweight. If you feel that you have some areas that could use some work as far as looking more toned you should try joining a gym and if not lift light weights with more repetitions to scuplt and tone. Using heavy weights will make you muscular. Do some crunches for your stomach and some squats for your legs.

actually your not over or underweight i am also 5'5 and weigh 108 and i am very thin if people are calling you fat then they are just jeliouse of how good you look, maybe wear something really flattering and walk proud they will be so jelious u'll just laugh at them they will see you dont care and eventually stop bothering you... i tried it once and some girl ended up wanting to fight me.. i just laughed at them and said a few good words and then after that i went right back to normal then i was called anerexic... so just be proud of the body you got hope i helped

H--- NO! Last yr I used to be 110lbs and my friends called me a junkie! Now I'm 5'5 and 130lbs, not by choice, just getting old ,and I still look like if the wind blows too hard, I may float away! Get over it and eat some pasta and meat!

no, and you really can't decide if you're "fat" or not just based on height and weight. everyone has a different body shape and muscle weighs more than fat.

I'm 5'6", 110 lbs., and about 10% body fat [girls are supposed to be +13%], but I lift 2-4 times a week.

You're actually on the slender side.

I know body image is hard not to obsess over, but try not too...of course, asking that question and getting answers that match mine will probably be a big boost...but try not to worry about it, okay? It'll make your life a LOT simpler.

Oh honey, you seem underwieght to me. Although I'm not sure the underweight weight for 5'5. The whole size zero crap is stupid.

You are 'too skinny' my dear ... but that doesn't mean that you aren't still 'fat' (because you have those 'love handles') ... you need to start doing some 'muscle building exercises that both 'build them' and 'stretch them' and you should 'automatically' start eating more, because the exercise will 'make you' more hungry. GOOD LUCK!

That's actually underweight according to the body mass index calculator. I think you're doing fine for your weight ;-)
