I do think that Ben is one of the few that know the way off the Island. I also think that Tom probably knows, but he's loyal to Ben, and so he wouldn't tell someone like Juliet.
(Man, last nights episode was so sad for Juliet... :( I just wanted to give her a hug at the end.)

I think Ben is one of few who know the way off the island.
IF he really knows the way off the island. Sure, he sent Walt and Michael on a set of coordinates, but that does not mean they made it back to a different place.

no i think a number know the way off but don't have the means. i believe some have been so brainwashed they don't do anything without his approval.
