okay i am 14 and well i want to know if thesae things on my face are acne. Okay i get these little acne looking things on my chin, and then like if i squeeze them the usual thing happens but then they like grow a scab and the scab falls off and then it leaves a little red faded bump
what is this? should i leave them alone? why does it leave a faded red almost scar looking thing? and will this leave me with scars?

Pimples, acne same thing. First of all you need to know what happens there. Bacteria enters your skin, so don't touch your face with unwashed hands. Then that spot goes through an imflammatory response. Meaning it gets red and hurts when you touch it. If white puss comes out its, the dead macrophages or white blood cells along with the dead bacteria. I'd say if you don't want to buy any products the best way is to scratch them off with alcohol swabs, once they look sort of greenish. This way it won't spread. Try leaving them alone, by the time you're twenty it'll probably go away.

Yes that sounds like acne. You shouldnt pick them cause those little red left over bumps could cause scars. Hopefully they will go away with time but be careful Put Vitamin E lotion on the scar just make sure its oil free.

Yeah you should leave it alone because the red looking thing you're describing are scars. I suggest that you buy a topical treatment or try a home remedy. Good Luck :)

Acne or pimples is due to hormonal changes ,bad diet and unhealthy skin care habits .There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne.
