It's NASAs site that enables you to see what's buzzing by the earth in the recent past or future.

Plug in the options - I usually go for last 60 days and less than 10 LD, which shows you all the asteroids that buzzed the Earth within 10 times the distance to the moon, in the last 60 days.

You can look in the future as well. Those are the ones they have tracked orbits for and so know when they will buzz by.
