Some birds eat caterpillars depending on whether they are poisonous are not. Also there are some insects (usu. when they are at a stage in their life - larval stages) are deposited by mother into caterpillars. these insect larva feed on its inside until it dies. Some spiders are predaceous and feed on this juicy meal as well...

lizards, birds, small snakes, cats, shrews, spiders, praying manti, (yes, manti, octopus/octopi, cactus/cacti, mantis/manti), ants, fish if they fall off a leaf or branch into the water, I'm sure there's more, too, but I don't feel like wracking my brain and that's all that floated up on first think.
