Usually you actually eat the smurf with the mushroom, you know when you get those crunchy bits, well, thats the bit and thats the bit that tastes the best, just make sure you cook them really really well.

I don't eat mushrooms yucky but when other people eat them then yeah poor smurfs.

Hmmmm... let's see. On one side of the scale I have a perfect veal marsala on the other side I have a smurf. This one's tough.
