my ipod nano isn't turning back on. how do i turn it back on?

i've had it for over a month already and sometimes it freezes and i let the battery die and put it on the charger and it will work again but now it wont turn on. I NEED HELP! A.S.A.P

Hold the center button and the up button for like 5 seconds and it'll reset

Turn the Hold switch on and then off.

Now hold the select button (Center) and hold Menu Down.

Is it alive again?
