Taxi - sorry but it's the only way, it is simply impossible by public transport. But don't worry, it's not too far.

If you have some money then go for taxis. By law in London all Hackney cabs (usually black but some are different colours and adverts on them) must be wheelchair accessible. It would take about 20 mins from Kings X to the London Eye. When booking your flight time on the London eye be sure to tell them that you have a wheelchair as normally they don't stop the eye, you just board it while it's moving and they'll need to stop it for the wheelchair to board.
Most buses in London are now wheelchair accessible and you can check the journey by putting in the disabled option on Journey Planner on tfl. You will need to change buses half way through as there are no direct buses and it will take about 40 minutes.
Some tube stations are wheelchair accessible. The only problem is that it is the hammersmith section of Kings X which is accessible and the Jubilee section of the Waterloo Station. I would have no idea whether you could transfer from one line to the other without steps. It might be worth calling Transport for London and asking the question.
Here is a link to the wheelchair accessible map on the tfl webpage.

take the 91 bus towards trafalgar square, change at aldwych. then catch the RV1. you have to buy tickets before you get on the bus, you can get them at a machine at a bus stop or buy travelcards at kings cross. i searched your journey on the tfl website journey planner, click this link to check your journey. click edit search options to add details regarding mobility and wheelchair access. good luck!!
