The biggest secret kept in the history of the world according to "The DaVinci Code" is that the Holy Grail is not the cup that captured the "blood of Christ" but a woman, namely the wife of Jesus Christ, Mary Magdalene. Also that she was pregnant and that Christ had a child and that there is a Zion line (Christ line).

The big secret was the fact that Jesus was married to Mary Magdaline (the woman who is traditionally a prostitute in the bible) and he had children with her, and thus there was a bloodline of Jesus. A group called the Priory of Sion was created to protect Mary and her decendents.
