I once had to do an essay for school on "the Advantages of Britain joining the EU". I wrote the title, and handed in a blank sheet.

The teacher (who meant to say "advantages and disadvantages", but who was cleverer than me) gave me 10 out of 20. Then she set "The disadvantages..." and told me if I didn't do twice the work of everybody else, I was in detention.

I don't have to??

But if someone made me do an essay on why i'm proud to be Australian, i dont think i could lie enough to say i am proud.

Yeah i love this country but there's a lot of racist rednecks that have no clue about what it really means to be "australian" it's not about how long you've been here, it should be about being multicultural and a lot of other things.

Sorry i tend to ramble when i get onto this subject.
