Because people are lazy, especially men! It's easier for idiots to just pass the buck and blame on other people then to except responibilty for their own lives.
I think sex and procreation should be taken to a different level then just not doing it if you don't want the burden of children later on....they should have testing for everyone who wants to have sex or have kids and only people that acheive a certain score should be able to procreate. I think that would eliminate alot of stupid people spittin' out kids and adding to the amount of retarded idiots on the planet.
But that's just my jaded opinion...

look i had a child when i was 17 and i wouldnt change her for the world and u must b an idiot bcuz i'm still with the father! it must just b u guys. i was too fertile for my strength of pill to work, so i ended up pregnant, but even when i found out there was no doubt in my mind that i was keeping her. ALWAYS WEAR CONDOMS IF U CANT HANDLE THE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!!!

You can't assume one person is protecting themself, so you have to protect yourself too. It takes two people to make a baby, not one, so you can't blame it on her. Nor can you force her to have an abortion because it is her choice. If you didn't want to be a father then you either should have better protected yourself or just not had sex.
