Anna Nicole Smith died a few hours ago (go to yahoo and search for her name for all the news). Does this mean that her rich ex husband's son now gets the money? Do you think they may have killed her?

No, her ex-stepson doesn't get a cent, because he's been dead for a year or two.

No, because he is dead.
I can't imagine who would kill her, but this sure reads like a murder mystery.
Her attorney Howard K Stern sure seems to genuinly love and adore her, although I am not sure if he is the father or not.
So far three men say they are the father. I imagine more will surface too.....that kind of money is big motivation.
I have a theory that the little girl is the old dead man's baby concieved by artificial insemination from sperm saved from the old man. Maybe Anna has tried for years to get pregnant by the old guys sperm so that she would give birth to a direct heir to the millions of dollors. Very sad, that the beautiful little girl is left alone in this world. No amount of money can replace her brother or her mother. It is very sad, Heartbreaking.
But then Anna had said she had hoped to die fairly young and be like Marilyn Monroe. Seems like she got more than she bargoned for.
I imagine her son was very suprised to find his mother fallow him in death so quickly.
I imagine this will be a mystery for a long time.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- Anna Nicole Smith, the voluptuous former Playboy centerfold who married an octogenarian billionaire and waged a legal battle for his fortune all the way to the Supreme Court, died Thursday after collapsing at a hotel. She was 39.
The blond bombshell — who recently became tabloid fodder all over again after the sudden, apparently drug-related death of her 20-year-old son — was found unresponsive while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, said her attorney, Ron Rale. She was rushed to a hospital.

Edwina Johnson, chief investigator of the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office, said the cause of death is under investigation and an autopsy will be done on Friday.
The curvaceous Texas-born Smith was a topless dancer at strip club before she entered her photos in a search contest and made the cover of Playboy magazine in 1992, captivating readers with her Marilyn Monroe looks. She became Playboy's playmate of the year in 1993.
She was also signed to a contract with Guess jeans, appearing in TV commercials, billboards and magazine ads.
In 1994, she married 89-year-old oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, the head of oil-based Koch Industries, which is part of a family fortune worth at least $400 million. He died in 1995 at age 90, setting off a feud with her former stepson, E. Pierce Marshall, over whether she had a right to his estate.
A federal court in California awarded Smith $474 million. That was later overturned. But in May, the U.S. Supreme Court revived her case, ruling that she deserved another day in court in her battle with her former stepson.
The stepson died June 20 at age 67. But the family said the court fight would continue.
More recently, Smith's ballooning figure and up-and-down weight became a subject of public fascination. But she lost a reported 69 pounds and became a spokeswoman for TrimSpa, a weight-loss supplement.
She starred in her own reality TV series, "The Anna Nicole Show," in 2002-04 and appeared in movies.

The son that died in Sept 2006 was her biological son.think she I figure all her estate will go to her five month old daughter. Such a beautiful lady gone at such a young age. RIP Anna Nicole!!!!!!!!!

He died a few years ago too. It's weird how her husband died, then her stepson, then her son, now her. I think if I were her kin, I'd run for the hills...

I believe there is still a lawsuit going on with the children of of her ex-husband.
if she had no will then those monies very well may be going to the Bahamian government if she did indeed establish residency there. it all depends on the laws of that country and where she legally held her residency, etc...

Her ex step-son died last summer I believe at the age of 67. It would go to his family.
