Just some general stuff nothing particular. They stick to the pint glass. Don't taste nice. They soak up spilt beer. They look very good in the pub not so much at home during breakfast. Theres questions on some and some have answers or do you have to turn them over? Can't remember..

I have a friend who lives in the sea-side town of Beer in Devon, and she has lots of mats in her house, and she is always shaking them out in her yard, I don`t know why she dose not use a vaccum cleaner like everyone else.

oh lord i luv beer mats, they are my savior when out with particulary boring individuals. i divise new ways of stacking pyramids = no 1 use
also they can be used in the drunken games, to balance beer pints and see who gets kicked out first

Yes-they absorb beer and always stick to your beer glass when you pick it up. They are also good for propping under table legs when the table is wobbly.
