That is an unforgivable act. I was raped and tortured and almost killed and now my life is in total shambles. I went from being a happy, healthy, enthusiastic, productive citizen to a terrified, nervous recluse and I doubt if I will ever be normal again..No one will want me. I'll never get married, nor have kids. It's not fair. This bad thing happened to me and all I get for my grief is more grief...sigh :(

well yes in a sense if you want to move on in your life!
If you forgive them for your sake but never think what they did was ok because it was not!! & you never have anything to do with them ever again
but forgiveness will get rid of all your hurt & anger etc in time
