Well if the WWE is booking it, of course Jeff will win. They only know how to BURY Matt Hardy. And you know how it will happen? Edge will interfere and screw over Matt...as always.

Ok, here's the thing. Jeff may be the more popular of the two because of the high risk move set he uses, but Matt is the more technically based of the two. Matt is better conditioned for longer matches, and all he has to do is wait for Jeff to burn himself out (which inevitably happens about six minutes into a match) or injure himself. Then he can capitalize with his technical skill and get the 1-2-3. Let's not forget which Hardy was able to keep his job with the wwe and which one got fired...

I'd say Jeff because hes doing way better than he used to be and he got a title 3 weeks after he came back. Matt on the other hand is doing crappy lately and he hasnt had a title in a long time.
