What I saw on the scifi.com boards said that there won't be a second series due to low ratings, but that there are a few extra hours (4, possibly 8?) of the story on the DVD. There was footage of the pencil that taps out pennies in some commercials, so I imagine that's explained, etc.

I've literally just finished watching the series, there has to be, hasn't there? Is Anna Going to forget her Dad? Why did the key reappear? What's going to happen to Martin - the prophet? Too many unaswered questions that Yahoo Q&A won't be able to answer.
