It's a never lived tyranny with me. I don't use any makeup, lotions and potions etc. My skin is clear, I have a peaches and cream complexion - drat these rosy cheeks sometimes - and am often complimented on my skin/complexion. The thing is (there's always a 'thing', isn't there?) if you concentrate on physical beauty and that's the most important thing to you, when it fades - and it will - what do you have left. If you concentrate on inner beauty and intellect and they are the most important things for you to develop and improve, then your contentment should last a lifetime.
