Well she just snorted sugar straight to the brain, so she'd probably be in some pain cause of snorting granulated sugar and then she probably got hyper for a few minutes and then maybe she got sick.
What would possess a person to snort sugar? Is the girl you saw do that mentally challenged or something?

Believe or not this happens often at my school and I know that it does nothing to you except hurt a lot in the nose and prolong the sugar from entering your system.

It meant that she was really desperate for crack and I mean really desperate so she sniffed sugar to satisfy herself. Don't try it, it is just stupid and you might get yourself noticed in the wrong kind of way.
