Yes, because of the word 'always'. If you tell lies, and say you tell lies, then you are telling the truth, unless you say 'always'. Since you're telling the truth about lying, but you say always, that makes it both truth AND lie, since you are lying, just not always.

there really is no such thing as lying. it is a perception of truth and what you beleive to be the truth. A lie, cannot be true nor can it be a lie since it is a belief of the reality seen by the person making the statement. As you comment states am I telling the truth, of course, but is it a lie, maybe in someone else's view of the statement, besides what is a lie, but a distortion, seen through many rose colored glasses.

Nope, bcuz you saying that you tell lies even when you´re telling the truth which would make your statement untrue in the first place...therefore you would still be lying.

No. The statement cannot be true.

If you always tell lies....this statement must necessarily also be a lie.

If you don't always tell lies...the statement is false on its face.

If the statement were true....then you wouldn't be lying (when you made the statement)....thus rendering the statement false.

Either way, you're a liar.

No.
Even if the only truth you ever tell is "I always lie", it still counts as a truth, therefore making it an impossible statement.
