they are similar in size and shape.. and their habitat is the same also. I have never kept them together so I don't know whether they would school or not. would they?

They will definately school together. You can get most barbs to school with each other, and even with other fish such as tetras. I have Rosy Barbs and Buenos Aires tetras that all school together. It really makes for a beautiful color contrast.

If the ponds large adequate get some turtles yet they're going to devour the fish and get extremely massive. much better interactive regardless of the reality that. may also evaluate a water dragon yet verify it cant smash out :)

They may school together, as they have very similar schooling traits, but even if they don't they will definitly be able to live in the same tank happily.
