Now that Anna is gone, I'll bet neither Howard or Larry want the baby. They were only with her for the money.

I would like to see her adopted by a loving couple somewhere in a small town. Let her grow up as a normal little girl rather than the life she is facing.

The lawyer for Larry Birkhead stated this afternoon they are moving to 'protect the DNA testing' of the baby [whatever that means] and that Birkhead is simply devastated and unconsolable...[yeah right - he's been trashing her all week! -NOW he's sorry?]
I would suppose once parentage is determined then that man would have legal right to take custody - doubt seriously if either would give up parental rights for no other reason than public opinion. AND although she is dead now, her court battle will live on in the personage of her daughter as her rightful heir...

Howard should not get the baby- I think that he has something to do with Anna's son's death as well as here. I dont like him. Larry should get the baby

There will definitely be a paternity test and the baby will be given to the true father.... if he wants her. Otherwise the baby will go to a family member of Anna Nicole's.

personally i feel the lawyer is the one in it for the money....the baby will probably end up with the lawyer till a test shows who the real father is...i think the ex boyfriend is the dad and he will eventually get the baby....but who knows maybe neither guy is the dad and then the baby would go to the moms family,her mother

The baby will probably come with some money. So, if not for love, the dad may want to take custody to get ahold of an inheritance.

The baby will go to her family. I know she has like a cousin or something. If they don't want her, she would go to the state probably.......if neither are the daddy that is.
Maybe Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie can adopt her!

I don't think Howard was with her for the money. I think he will keep his daughter, whether she is blood-related or not is irrelevant.
