Go to "www.nationwide.co.uk/hpi/" The calculator on this site will give you a current value of your property, and you can work it in reverse to get a value for 1991. Hope this helps.

you opt on to have a severe note with them - tell them they don't look to be in Australia now and issues are diverse the following. I also stay in a mid-terrace residing house and that didnt supply up the idiots I stuck entering into by skill of my bathing room window one evening !!! we've had numerous cases of people jumping in the course of the again fences to get proper of entry to the homes or gardens - they even stole a bike from my neighbours backyard. for sure our doorways are saved locked and that i now have 2 canines contained in the residing house - yet in the journey that they see the door open they're gonna get in, rob you blind and purely leave via the front door !!!!!

Go to the appraisal district office in your county and they can look at the appraisals and taxes since it has been on the tax rolls.

Go to the tax office. They'll be able to tell you the assessed value of it back then.
