We asked a body shop, and they said they had to take off the bumper...the whole repair was gonna cost $500 !

talk about highway robbery,500 clams to replace a lens,send me 50 bucks and i'll do it.but here is the easy part.ther should be screws holding this thing down to the rear fascia,either a screw driver or a t15 torx driver will work,thats all it takes no need to remove bumper.hope this helps

If your some what mechanically inclined you could do it yourself. The issue with the glass is its not available by itself. The whole assembly should run you $90.00. You dont have to remove the bumper, they are trying to rip you off.

Best thing 2 do is go 2 yer local automotive parts store and buy a manual for yer car I buy one for everyone I get they come in handy.

Two screws & it pops right out. Untwist the bulb holder and replace the lens unit. Easy.....
