first thing first...the move is a senton, only called the swanton by the hardy boys. All the move is is a gentle rotation from a standing position to a laying position, a 3/4 flip. Ideally you should land shoulders first across the abdomen of your opponent. Both legs should land with very little pressure at the same time. Side note, please don't try any wrestling moves until you are PROPERLY trained to do so...by this I mean find a legitimate federation....none of that backyard crap....and pay for the training. I recommend Harley Race's school in MO.

Niether leg is suppose to be futher up than the other, they need to be in the same position which is stretched out. Bonus tip: Tilt your head back as much as you can while in the air for good effect.

leap off the top turnbuckle keeping your body straight and arms out-stretched,making it resemble a swan dive,and then waiting until the last moment to execute the flip,so that you just barely complete it when impacting with the opponent.

Where do you do it? if its a pool (I do this all the time ) just think of doing a flip on the diving board because i do it all the time in the summer but i dont know how to do it on trampoline sorry.
