You'll just have to tell her you don't approve of what she's doing to you and that you don't have sexually feelings for her. Now if she's actually trying to force you into sex (not counting her breast rubbing), then by all means cut her off before any rape happens. Heterosexual, homosexual, whatever, still not behavior many would accept.

Sorry had to get that out of my system. Tell her that you'd rather she not do that and if she continues then get more aggressive about it. She has no right to intrude upon your personal space. However I will throw in the possibility that she might just be a flirt or lonely and have no actual interest in you, that's how I was for the longest of times.
