No. Memory is is the CPU (Main computer part) You will not loose momory, however, i do not advie you do so. If you have a flat Screen (or LCD) it can damage the screen if you press to hard. If you don't (a CRT) you will just get fingerprints on it.

Why? Did you get a memory low message after you touched the screen?

Do you mean YOUR memory or the computers memory? If your finger goes through the screen and you get zapped with enough electricity, YOU could lose your memory.

No. It just screws with the crystals in the screen. If pressed too hard it may leave a permanent mark on it
