Yup! Totally normal.
The voice does not always go lower, though.
Pre-puberty, I sang bass in the junior choir.
Post-puberty, I sing first tenor.

Not only is it normal, but it's also expected. Be prepared for a lot of up and down pitches and cracking. It does go away eventually though, so just wait it out.

Yes, you'll find your voice is a bit 'unstable' for about a week. Then it settles down into a new register. Don't worry about it!

Yeah, don't worry about it. Just think; your voicebox is increasing in size rapidly... It's gonna screw with your voice, hun. Try not to worry! It usually takes a week or more. It depends on you.

yes harry,its normal for your voice to crack,cause your vocal cords are growing.it will quit after a while when they get done growing.all boys go through it during puberty.i know its annoying but thats life.

your voice will get lower thats normal. you lose the power to hit high notes with out crackling it
