Should I try to be a Wine Broker? I love wine and want to learn more but I am scared to take a sales job on commission. What would you do?

Yes and No. Yes if selling is your passion and you are great at it!
No, if you are not.
How about starting a vineyard or winery in your area? There is a lot of monies out there for agricultural ventures and there are also tax incentives depending on what state you are in. There are vineyards and wineries in all fifty states. Sounds like you would really enjoy developing your wines. You can farm the grapes, or purchase the grapes from farmers for your winery. You can process the wine at your winery or send it out to be processed and bottled.I have done a tremendous amount of research on opening a vineyard or winery. I am a walking talking encirepedia on the subject. Here are some starter resources. If you have any questions feel free to email me. Good Luck!
