I'm having some early symptoms of pregnancy... atleast I think I am. But I think I may have tested too early for an accurate result.

I took a test yesterday, but my period is due next Thursday. Do you think it was too early? I'm just going to wait now to see if I get my period but thought I would take the test anyways.

There are tests you can "by theory" take 5 days in advance, but waiting until you miss your period is the best way to know. The best bet is wait and see if you GET your period (pre-pregnancy signs can often be confused with PMS). If you don't, wait at least 3 days and retake the test.

I would wait until next Thursday and take an early result test. I've always used First Respone. It detects the pregnancy hormone up to 5 days before your missed period. In fact that's how I found out I was pregnant this time. I am 7 weeks pregnant now and I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks with that test.

I am going through the same thing right now and my period is due next wednesday. I took 2 tests and both were negative. I thought that since those were neg, if the symptoms were all in my head, that I would stop having the symptoms but no such luck.

Still nauseated, tired, sore breasts, extremely hungry, very bloated and a little cramping. And just to put it out there I dont normally get PMS 2 weeks before my period.

Good luck and hopefully the next week goes by quick for you.

Clearblue and first response are about 4 days before your expected period, given you are regular and depending on when you concieved, so you should be able to give it a go around March 2nd (since this is a short month). It may be too early to be feeling anything, only 9 days, you won't have to pee a lot and the metal taste usually doesn't kick in for a couple more weeks. But ya never know. Good luck!

I got quite a few false negatives because I took the test too early...but then a couple days before my period was due I got an extremely faint positive. Since you're about a week away from your period keep trying!

Good luck!

Wait for your period then if it is missed then wait a week and take a digital test. So your wait time right now is about 2 weeks. Dont stress. Also those early test are only if you have the right amount of hcg hormome level to test positive.

I would wait for your period because I've taken a couple in the past and I ended up getting my period later that day. So it was a waste of money. So just give it a few days.

I am not trying to be ugly, but think about it - if it is too early to be detected on a pregnancy test, then it is too early to have symptoms. Right!
