The ACC-because you have teams like UNC, Duke, Boston College, Clemson-and can still have a team like Virginia #1 in the conference right now. It doesn't matter who you play, (Wake Forest, NCSU, Miami, FSU), when you play on the road in the ACC, its going to be a tough win. The ACC is much weaker this year than years past, but still top to bottom its the best conference in college basketball.

The ACC won the challenge yet again this year so I'd have to say them. Personally I think as a whole however both conferences are down this year with only a few really good teams from both conferences as opposed to the usual 4-6 good teams. In the ACC though Florida State and Virginia are starting to come on strong, in the Big 10, Indiana is starting to look tough as well. But overall I'd have to go with the ACC between the two.

The ACC has the perennial powerhouses of UNC and Duke, not to mention quite a few other teams who consistently make the Big Dance, but so does the Big Ten - The Big Ten is probably better in the middle, that is if a team such as Michigan was to play Clemson who would win? Hypothetical, but based on quality wins I would say that UM would, despite their inadequacies against most good opponents this year. The teams at the top and the bottom do nothing more than cancel each other out if not giving a slight edge to the Big Ten(UNC and Duke against OSU and Wisconsin) while I don't think anyone needs to argue about who is worse between Miami and Northwestern - Big Ten

Look at UNC, they already have two losses in conference, neither of which were to Duke. If that doesn't show how solid the ACC is I don't know what will. However, look at the PAC-10...they could place 7 teams in the Big Dance, but most likely 4-6. The most probable: UCLA, Washington State, Stanford, USC and Oregon. With Zona and Cal making good arguments.

Big Ten hands down. You have Wisconsin Badgers who are 22-2 and are #4 and you have Ohio State who is #3 and is 20-3 and not to mention Indiana (16-6), Illinois (18-8), and Michigan State (17-8) who are all up there.

i would say it is (overall not just this year cuz they rnt doing too well) the acc. They have North carlina, duke, georgia tech(when they want to be good), bosten college(they got pretty good), clemson(there doing good now too), and maybe thats it but think about, who does the big ten have illinois and thats about it (i think there in the big ten).
