If you are only going to do one, I would do ACOP (American Consumer Oppinion) because they pay fairly well ($5-15 usually) even though they don't send surveys extrememly frequently. But honestly, you need to sign up for several sites to get paid much. I usually get about $20 a month taking surveys and I'm signed up with over 10 sites.

the one that's worked the best for me is Zoom panel. they send you different surveys and if you "pass", you get a certain amount of points. you can then trade in the points for stuff, like DVDs and radios, some jewelry. also you don't have to pay for any shipping or taxes on those things. another plus is that it's FREE to sign up. i also joined myview, but apparently they don't accept new members, and also the rewards are only about $3 at a time. :(
