i need to know are rose and jack real poepel from the titanic and was it a real based story!?!?!?!?!? PLEASE I NEED AN ANSWER!

Yes rose and jack were real people on the titanic. Rose survied the crash into the ice berg while jack did not

Someone probably met like that on the Titanic, but there's no proof or facts if there was really a Jack and Rose. Titanic the movie was based on a real event with a made up fiction love story.

yes and no. Jack was a real person despite what people beleive. Rose was not. Jack was actually a crew membeer on the Titanic. He was a trimmer which is a barber. I only know this due to the fact that i have the entire passenger manifest of the Titanic. crew memberrs included. The movie was very inaccurate if you did the research on it.

No... they were made up to make the story line more interesting. However, most of the scenarios during the sinking scene really happened, like the band continuing to play, the captain going down with the ship, Bruce Ismay being a coward and getting into a life raft, etc.
Also... many of the other characters like Molly Brown, the Astors, Joseph Bruce Ismay etc. were really passengers on the Titanic.

Well, it had to be exaggerated for the movie, but Rose Dewitt Bukater was based on a real woman who survived the Titanic's sinking. The actual woman was only 17 when the Titanic sank, not as old as Kate Winslet appeared to be in the movie.

titanic really sank, but the were made up characters, they needed to have main characters or the movie would be boring.
