LOL...I don't have an answer for you, but my dog is a racist too!! And I thought dogs were color blind...so much for that.

I have a question. Have you had your dog since he was a puppy, if so it is probably a learned response. Since dogs are color blind, and he was not exposed to black people he may know how to distinguish the difference,and he thinks he just protecting you. If on the other hand you got him after he was a poppy it may be how he was trained by his previous owner. If he is less then 2 yrs. try to expose him to more people of all colors so he can learn, or consider obedience training.
