NO. As far as I can tell, Joy Renee Cote is a nobody. No one more or less than Rory Emerald. In essence, a fraud that people on the internet use to have fun at other peoples expense.

No, this isn't true. Joy Renee Cote isn't someone who has met him, she's just a crazy loon who believes she has met him, had a relationship with him (when he visited TN in 2004) and had a baby by him! She even exclaimed that she sent DNA tests to him or sent something to him to swab for DNA.
