The color specifically is Clover, from David's Bridal, and can be seen here:

The color-matched shoes are a bit too expensive to be an option. But being fashion inept, I am unsure what other colors will match.

It is a 2:00 PM wedding with a traditional reception. Nothing too formal or informal; it's right in the middle. All the dresses are long and satin but each girl is wearing a different style. I'm not sure if this matters but I'd rather give too much information than not enough. :)

Some things I have been considering:

Can I do a classy white strappy sandal?
What about a nice brown leather sandal?
Are flip-flops out of the question?
What about something with a gold tint to it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance! :)

Under no circumstances should you wear flip flops, they're just simply not dressy enough. A while a classy sandal might be nice, white wouldn't necessarily go with that color very well. If you're friendly with any of the other girls, ask them what they plan on doing for shoes. A nice pair of black heels or sandals might work, and your idea of brown sandals is nice, but leather is too casual for satin. Anyways, the best advice I can give is that you should ask the bride what she has in mind, then go from there!

I'd say that your 'best bet' is a simple white pump with a 2-2.5" heel. Because the 'color' of your 'dress' is going to be 'striking' the only thing you can wear on your feet should be 'plain' and 'simple' ... which will make that 'striking dress' look even better than that 'matching color' shoe would, actually.

I think a gold strapped shoe, or a black strapped shoe would be your best option...I wouldn't go with white at all....brown leather sandal eh......something with gold yes or you could do a silver strapped shoe...Just something that isn't too overbearing....white would stand out to much.....NO flipflops its a wedding....hope this helps!

Gold tint would be perfect but flip-flops are out of the question.

The color of my choice will be "bronze" color, not gold or silver, too strong. Bronze will blend in the gold and brown, give you the formal look, but not too stand out.

i think a white sandal would look the best.... then gold. but not brown leather ones. that'd make the dress look less dressy.

I thinks you should do an open toe Ivory colered shoe.
You can even do black. I think an open toe shoe would be good with which ever color you choose. Good luck
