I heard that the storm that will be next week will be major in the mid atlantic. Anywhere from Delaware and south, it will be freezing rain, sleet and snow. From that point north, it will be all snow.

This is what the medium range numerical weather model looks like at 5:30 p.m EST 2/8/07. On the 5th day which will be this coming Mon evening a storm is seen forming in the deep south.
By the following morning at 7:00 a.m. it will be snowing as far north as Maryland, PA border and should continue throughout the day. By Wed a.m it should be out to sea. This snow should produce 2 to 5 inches by Tues even.

6 to 8 is predicted for the Eastern Shore of MD on Tuesday. It will probably shut everything down. I dont believe we had closed schools yesterday for an inch. I came from upstate NY.
