Did Howard K. Stern kill Anna Nicole Smith and her son?

Evidence points to yes if you think like a lawyer.

He's the one with most to gain. He is a lawyer who does not appear to have a regular job other than attending to Anna Nicole, and he's listed on the birth certificate as the father of Dannielynn. By killing both Anna Nicole and her son, he would be able to control the proceeds from the Marshall fortune should the estate of Anna win or successfully settle the lawsuit. With Anna Nicole dead, he could more easily settle the lawsuit. And, as "legal" father of Dannielynn, who still appears to be located in the Bahamas, he could put up all sorts of legal roadblocks to other gold digging men claiming to be the biological father of Dannielynn to induce them to settle as well.

There are additional suspicious observations. Both Anna and her son were quite young when they died within months of each other under extremely unlikely circumstances. Howard has been reported to be the one who found the son dead. Howard has been reported to have given the son methadone. Anna Nicole has been reported to be taking drugs prescribed for Howard. Howard had been previously reported to have found Anna Nicole unconscious face down in a pool. According to some accounts, Anna died only a month prior to attending a scheduled investigative hearing on her son's death in March.

Interestingly, Howard and Anna have been reported to have engaged in a commitment ceremony that is not quite a marriage. As a lawyer, Howard may have wanted the ceremony to provide evidence that Anna loved him without having to incur the legal obligations associated with marriage.

OMG! I am so glad other people see that Howard Stern had a plan from day one. When my co worker first told me that Anna Nicole had died , I said " I think Howard Stern some how killed her" I think he also killed her son.
Why in the hell did he talk her into marrying him so fast after her sons death, I mean who the hell would do that? He had complete control of her. I think he did everything he could to make sure he would inherit her money ,, marriage, claim on the baby, get rid of the son,, oh wait,, get rid of her.
I believe with her son and now her out of the way, he will have complete control of the money the baby will no doubt inherit .. something like 88 million. Doesn't matter if he is the father or not ,, if she left a will and left everything to him and the care of that child he will get that money. The guy is a lawyer, you can bet he made sure she did ,, Also he knows how to avoid the law as he did with the situation and suspiciousness of him being responsible for giving her son one of the drugs that killed him. How did he get away with that? Even Anna was heard yelling at him and saying " What did you do to him? " ( again on the news )
According to the law,, she will get something, she was married to the billionaire and there is proof that he wanted her to have some of his money, nothing his family can do ,, they only fight this so much. Eventually it will end...
I think Howard Stern had a plan from day one and it was just another way of getting control of that money.
According to CNN the drugs in the hotel were prescribed to him. which means he brought them with him. I think she was feeling sick a few days before, because he has been druging her,,
Like Marilyn Monroe, she was used, and abused and murdered.

I was immediately suspicious upon learning of Daniels death. The first person I though of was Howard Stern. Now Anna's gone so soon after. I can see how she would be depressed, but why wasn't she ever admitted to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation? Howard is not the baby's daddy. I think the child looks strikingly like Larry Birkhead. He of course is seeking publicity,but nothing of this drastic nature. That was the mother of his child regardless, so he had feelings for Anna Nicole. Someone needs to intervene quickly and establish paternity. If the child is not Howard Sterns who knows what will happen to the baby. I think that Howard gave Daniel the methadone, and that he planned this all.

I want to start off by saying that I have never been interested in celebrtity gossip. personally, I think it is a waste of time. I'm a serious and practical kind of guy who spends his spare time reading esoteric historical books, and when I'm bored I read Henry James, Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Thoreau, Emerson, Dryden, Hawthorne, Milton, and Edmund spenser. I abhor shows like ET, Inside Edition, and the like. Having said all that I will admit that I always loved Anna Nicole Smith. When she first came up on the stage of action in the early 90's I was stunned and spellbounded by her amazing beauty. From the crown of her head to the soles of her feet she was a godess. Even when she fell from grace I loved her. While she lived a very liberated lifestyle which is unbecoming of a woman, I never condemned her because we all fall short of the glory God.

I First learned about the paternity suit when a friend who was visiting me for a few days was watching ET every night. It was the first time that I saw that Howard K. Stern character. (I didn't even know who he was when Daniel died either, as I was not following the story.) When I saw Howard K. Stern for the first time on ET the first thing I said to my friend is that he looked scary and that I didn't trust him. I also told him that he looks like a shadowry figure from the intelligence fraternity. Just like that. Wendy Williams, a talk radio personality for HOT97! popular for outing gay hip hop artists, said something very interesting some weeks ago. She said, "look at the way he looks. I don't trust you Howard K. Stern." And when I heard that Anna Nicole Smith was dead, the first thing I said was that he murdered her. There is no doubt in my mind that Howard K. Stern has something to do with Anna Nicole's death and her son's death. And it is quite probable that it has everything to do with the 474 million dollars she was to inherit from her marriage with Marshall, theTexas oil billionaire. I believe that Anna's mysterious death has more to do with just Howard K. stern wanting access to her fortunes. I have a creepy feeling that He was an agent, or an assasin, if you will, hired by the Marshall family to prevent Anna Nicole from acquiring that money. Let us not dare underestimate the power and privilige of the money elite, with their influence often reaching to the highest corridors of power. We need only look to an episode in the Dupont family suspected in the murder of a young porn star who was involved with one of their members--Dean MacGuigan--several years ago to know to what length these people will go. The Anna Nicole Smith story is a classic American tragedy. I have never mourned the passing of any celebrity, not even the late Princess Diana, but the death of Anna Nicole Smith for some reason has touched me so much, touched me to the core. I personally don't care what she had to do get to the top. the point is that Anna Nicole Smith came from not much and became this huge star, an icon. The Anna Nicole story is also the quintessential story of the pursuit of the American dream, and she made it. God gave her a gift, and that gift was beauty and she used it very well. Anna Nicole Smith will be greatly missed not only because she dazzled us with her beauty that was second to none, but also because she made american pop culture interesting. It is my hope that the truth will come out. We the people must not just sit by and be silent, for injustice in one place is injustice every where. and remember what Edmund Burke said. "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." I say let us all start a sh _t storm and demand a formal inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel. Why not? The facts of this terrible crime--and I am calling it a crime before all the facts are in--must come to light so that justice will be done. And already the facts are coming in; did anyone know that while Howard K. Stern is a lawyer, there is no case on record that he tried. none. What does that tell you about him?

ABSOLUTELY, this is my thinking.

Stern has all gain, and nothing to lose. He attached himself to Anna when he saw that she had a Chance at winning the settlement for the oil tycoon's money.

Mr. Stern knew that he would have to get rid of the other heirs in order to get his hands on the money that was legally Anna Nicole's. (and now his only daughters' given the paternity test proves she is his)

His first action was to get rid of Daniel, leaving Daniellynn (sp) as the heir. Then when he got away with that. he did the same (exact!) thing to Smith. (the autopsy is still out, but it is rumored to be a Rx drug overdose, and Daniel died of antidepressants and methadone)

I have lost a person close to me before, and I am on medication myself. so I know how easy it is just to take the pills that are handed to you, without really knowing what you are taking. so this IS possible.

I am curious as to Sterns whereabouts when Smith was in her room struggling for her life. anyone else???

Yep I believe he did. Think about it. The paternaty suit has been on going. So I believe that they've alreay done their testing and Stern knows he is the dad. They probably did it through amnio before the baby was born. They found Methadone in her son and there were Methadone prescriptions for Stern not Smith. There is a half billion riding on the baby so there you have it. Makes perfectly good sense.

Absolutely- he was wanting to get legally married at the end of February and pumping up Anna with all types of drugs indirectly. he can now go after the Marshall estate, that is a nice 474 million if he was legally married to her i think her death came to early. he pretended he was the father of the girl when i really don't believe he is. i wouldn't be surprised if he has a hand in both murders.

Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel, according to news reports.

"I can confirm that she is deceased. It's as shocking to me as to you guys," Smith's attorney, Ronald Rale, told Reuters. "I don't know anything further. [Her lawyer and husband] Howard [K. Stern], obviously, is speechless and grieving."

Smith's nurse called Seminole Hard Rock Hotel workers at 1:38 p.m. and security went to the room, hotel officials said. Fire rescue workers from both the Seminole Indian tribe and from Hollywood Fire-Rescue arrived minutes later and Smith was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood at 2:10 p.m.

Smith was involved in a paternity suit regarding the parentage of her daughter, Danielynn, as well as other disputes, including some regarding a house she stayed at in the Bahamas around the time she gave birth.

Earlier this week, Smith was included in a class-action lawsuit against a company, TrimSpa, for which she had worked as a spokesperson. TrimSpa makes a product it claims leads to substantial weight loss. The lawsuit alleges the marketing of the product, TrimSpa X32, was false or misleading.

Smith's son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died at age 20 just days after the birth of Smith's daughter. Pathologist Cyril Wecht said a lethal dose of methadone and antidepressants caused cardiac dysrhythmia, leading to his death.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit.Was oj staying at that hotel?The deaths of her and the son are just to coincidental to me,i think foul play is at work here.It could of had something to do with the lawsuits over the estate money,maybe other family is somehow involved here with this stern guy.
