The man claiming to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter alleges in court documents that Smith was taking METHADONE and was hiding out in the Bahamas to keep her baby from being tested for drugs. She was in a custody battle & refused paternity testing.
Her son died from methadone & antidepressants.

The whole thing seems shady. With Anna Nicole dead and her other heir dead all of the money goes to the baby. Since she and the baby's father are unmarried the money is split between him and the baby. I think both deaths are very suspicious. They took place in 2 different countries and against people with suspect lifestyles. It all seems very shady to me. It seems well-calculated and thought out. Devious I say.

yeah i knew she died today and when i first saw that she had i couldn't believe what i was reading. The one i feel most sorry for is the baby. She obviously wasn't thinking of the baby but she did just lose her son so she'd still have been deep in grief. I think either she overdosed on methadone or someone killed both her and son, which wouldn't suprise me.

I heard on the news that she killed herself. Sad how these ppl decide that this is somewhat newsworthy. About the baby, there will prolly be a paternity test and, eventually, this is who the kid will end up with. That'd be the smart thing to do in my opinion.
