I'm not sure if his wife gave it a name, but due to the stress involving the plane crash, her pregnancy resulted in a miscarraige. She remained alone for several years, but later remarried and had a few children with her new husband, who wasn't (like Buddy) famous.

This is strange because I can't remember his name but I was looking at the website of Buddy Holly's hometown and museum today. do a search for Lubbock Texas and you will find it there.

honestly i think i would have an abortion. I am totally against abortion because I feel if your grown enough to have sex then your grown enough to deal with outcomes of sex and I do believe that having a baby is a gift from God, but this is the "only" case when I feel abortion is a reasonable option. My reasons being the baby would likely remind you of this horrible act and you would constantly relive that terrible moment. I do think that God could help you overcome such a situation and work it out for the better, but i dont know if i would be strong enough personally to deal with something like that.

Are you sure it was Buddy Holly? I know that it was "The Big Bopper" (who was killed in the same crash) had the pregnant wife. This was a son who now performs as the Big Bopper Jr. Check this link. Oh, the Big Bopper was actually J.P. Richardson.
