Am I surprised? Not really. What I'm shocked at, is the fact it happened so soon and I think others may share the same feeling. Eventhough Howard K. Stern was supposed to be her confidante, close personal friend and lawyer - the guy seemed rather smarmy to me. Someone as close as he was supposed to be to her, evidently didn't care very much about her welfare over the years, because Anna was on a downward spiral emotionally, mentally & physically.
I truly hope that that millions Anna was to recieve from her late husbands estate, didn't play a hand in her untimely death, but from the evidence I've read I think it did. Unfortunately, her life was already plagued with trauma and she had a history of drug & alcohol abuse. This makes it really easy for it to look like a suicide or an accidental death, especially since she was distraught over her son's death 5 mos ago - sounds a lot like marilyn monroe and her death is still under speculation. I think Howard K. Stern's involvement in Anna's life, needs to be looked at more closely. There is speculation she may have had a will and named him as her baby's father and most recently the two engaged in a commitment ceremony which some say was a wedding.
There has also been evidence that Howard Stern was flushing methadone down the toilet, after Anna's sons death AND methadone was one of the drugs found in his system. Everyone wants the money. Since her son is gone, whoever is legally the father - will get everything. It has nothing to do with their love for Anna's newborn daughter - it's all about the benjies - her family included. Totally tragic! and I'm sure Hollywood is gonna cash in on a bio, to be at your local theatre very soon.

yes at her age and where she was in her life, I am surprised. NO because,
i have heard speculation that she might suspiciously die ever since her sons death. I have knowledge of the two drugs in question that are involved in her sons death and my response is a very confident very very suspisious(methadone and Zoloft). (If you would like to know why that this is impossible I can provide an answer) Now, as speculated by some Anna Nicole is dead under unknown sirqs. Its very interesting in respect to the amount of money and resentments involved.
Killing someone who has been known to indulge in prescription or nonprescrition drugs is far far easier than one might think. If you would like some examples then please, ask.
I feel very strongly that this is a case of timely untimelyness.

I am very suprised at the passing of anna nicole. I agree with Crow 100%!! It should be very easy to murder someone who is already heavily associated with drugs. Crow I would like to hear more of your opinion on the subject and the prescription pills...candystripes345@yahoo.com

All the men now claiming to be the baby's father should appear on the Maury Popvich Show after being tested for paternity. Then millions of people could hear Maury simutaneously say to all the hopeful papas "When it comes to 6th month old Danilynn - YOU ARE NOT THE FATHER!

I am not surprised but I am saddened. That little baby girl will never know her mother. It's sad that Anna had such a hard life and her battle with drugs and alcohol made it worse. Pray for her family and friends, loosing her son not to long ago and now her, they need uplifting faith to help them through!

:( I feel bad for her daughter. I was just watching her yesterday on The Insider and I thought to myself she looks really drugged out. Maybe that had something to with it. Possibly an over dose.

not suprise at all........i dont feel bad for her at all she done it to her self you take drugs this what happneds and was she taking pain killers? as for her lawyer seems like he is trying to get to the money if its true. thats why you shouldnt trust nobody.
