Failed an E-check? Said it was an Evaporation Control System Malfunction. Can anyone tell me what this means???????

The ECS is a canister and various valves that control fuel evaporation into the atmosphere. The probable cause is fuel has accumulated in the canister, rendering it inoperable. You'll have to take it to a good mechanic to have it repaired.
