wow...where do I begin? I was in a bar in Juneau, Alaska with some fellow oil riggers. We were pounding a few back...when who should walk into the bar...but Paris Hilton. At first we didn't notice her...She was incognito. She had dark glasses, a black wig...and she was much shorter...only 4'11". However, after a few drinks she confessed that she was sick of all the publicity...and needed to meet the "common folk", as she aptly referred to us. Well...one thing led to another...and for a price...(she was a bit short of cash) she "took care" of us all. I was sceptical, of course, but she had ID on her...plus she showed me her new-fangled cell phone...complete with pictures of Nicky and other celebrities. Anyway...my question is.....Do you think I got ripped off? She charged $1000.00 per guy.

A few pointers...
If you are going to make stories up about celebrities, go to the website http://www.imdb.com and do a search on their name. They have a bio on every celebrity including a bunch of useless facts. A search reveals that Paris Hilton is 5 ft 7.5 inches
Ironically, Juneau is an excellent setting for the story. Anyone intimately familiar with Juneau knows that many celbrities frequent the city as no one there really cares who you are. For years it was a popular haunt of Clint Eastwood. I used to work at the airport and was shocked by the number of celebrities that went though the city that I never heard about.
If you are going to use Juneau, don't be an oil worker. There are no oil fields in the area. Better "unusual" occupations that are more realistic would be a silver miner, a fishing guide, or a commercial fisherman. A hunting guide is a possibility as well as a cruise ship worker or a worker in a souvenier shop. I have never seen an oil worker in Juneau in all the years I lived there.
Do a google search and come up with the name of a local bar. http://www.magicyellow.com/category/Bars/Juneau_AK.html Chances are, you probably won't pick a hot spot, but it is better than nothing.

Yeah, you got ripped off. Paris Hilton is taller than 4'11 and I highly doubt she would ever be short on cash. You say she showed photos as proof but photos can easily be altered or she could have downloaded the photos onto her phone from a computer and anyone could get a fake Id of anybody.
But honestly, I believe you're making the entire story up. You'd have to be incredibly stupid to pay a $1000.00 for anyone to 'take care' of you.

You got jipped on so many levels. First off she would never allow herself to be around the common folk. Second, if she was whoring herself out, she still isn't good enough for $1,000. She is not that hot, and yeah, looks like you and a few others just wasted a months pay.
I say a month b/c I hear that oil-riggers make a hefty amount.
I live with an ex-Marine who worked on a few in Texas, and a couple off-shore rigs in the eighties and nineties and he took home like 700 in one check usually.

not in any respect met her. She became in my city those days promotion her shoe line. that's quite not uncomplicated to judge someone proper devoid of understanding them. She can be a really efficient man or woman-who knows? She sounds like a ingenious man or woman-and he or she's had the chance to do countless issues i have purely dreamed about!
