If we get closer, and that happens a lot when we are together(it's a LDR), he always sais that his testicles hurt if we don't do something. He gets upset if we don't and I know it's unpleasant, I see him feeling uncool. But I don't feel like I'm ready for these sexual things, but then we finally have blowjobs and stuff...and then he sees I'm not hapy with the idea and feels guilty and starts regreting it, but he keeps telling me it was ok and we had a great time...I also enjoy myself, but it's never something that I want, it's up to him. I forgot to mention he's 5 years older...does he love me or is this just a form to get what he wants even if he sais that the sexual part doesn't matter too much?

I think he is playing you so that he can get oral sex. The next time he tells you that he is hurting and you need to do something about it, tell him to go masturbate. Or better yet, dump him.

He is using you for sex. Yes you get a slight ache in the scrotum if you are kissing and petting and yes sex gets rid of it but so will masturbating. if he was concerned about you he would satisfy himself after he left your presence. he is trying to get into your pants (so to say) and when he does he will move on to someone else. Enough said!!
